Tammy Jo born in Camden, South Carolina is a Traditional Country Music Singer. She was raised in the small town of Mt.Croghan, South Carolina. Growing up with two brothers and two sisters, Tammy Jo, always knew she would be a singer. She would sing to her sisters and dad every day. Her father, James Taylor, always told her to follow her heart in her music career.

After losing her father in 1993, Tammy Jo decided to put her dream of performing and singing on hold to raise her only son. Still singing and writing, Tammy Jo remained true to her word to her father that she'd be back one day when the time was right.

In 2019 Tammy Jo decided it was time again. After working for several years to build her music career up again, she meet Necay Howard and went under Echota Records to release her first single, ‘Go Away.’ Then her next single, ‘If I Could’, was released.

Tammy Jo is excited to finally be doing what she loves and enjoys! Staying true to her Southern Roots and Keeping Traditional Country Music Alive.
